- Document all rejections from customers to complete investigation on the product rejected.
- Assist in completing customer complaints investigation.
- Assist with quality team weekly meetings.
- Assist the QA Manager in preparing, tracking, maintaining, copying and distribution of various quality reports, logs, records, and databases.
- Reach out to suppliers for any quality concerns as needed.
- Maintain updated GTIN and UPC Master List.
- Follow up on daily quality rejections and communicate to appropriate department and investigate root cause.
- Conduct companywide trainings quarterly and as necessary.
- Keep up with high temperature rejections as needed.
- Review all incoming and inbound product inspection reports.
- Floor presence a few hours (3-4) daily.
- Acquire knowledge of QA techs work areas.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in quality assurance or related field
- Ability to work in a cold wet environment (36-38 ºF)
