- Analyze shipment logs;
- Track inventory levels of agriculture, maintenance and production supplies; order from vendors using derived lead time and utilization metrics
- Optimize employee workflow; participate in the strategic planning process for all areas of the business, to include fresh-product processing, packaging and shipping, and maintaining physical plant and fixed assets;
- Train, guide, and evaluate new warehouse workers; assure safe work practices at all times;
- Provide organization efficiency by allocating and directing resources in order to achieve plant production goals;
- Solve daily operational issues; be the central point of contact for all activities associated with the location
- Work with other departments to ensure the timely completion of daily production goals;
- Comply with and administer all company policies and procedures;
- Spanish language skills preferred

- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- Intermediate to advanced office and computer skills required
- Cold and wet environment (36 – 40 degrees)
