Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, you will contribute to the development and implementation of marketing initiatives, campaigns, and projects that align with the company's objectives. - Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans.
- Assist in the creation and execution of engaging and persuasive content for various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing efforts.
- Assist in the management of external agencies and vendors as needed.
- Contribute ideas and insights to enhance overall marketing strategies.
- Assist with the coordination and planning of community events, tradeshows and internal events.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing role, with a focus on campaign management and content creation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
- Proficient with all the Microsoft applications, such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
