We've got work. Lots of it. We’re looking for friendly, reliable people to join our team of local Painters & Paint Crew Leaders. We have big crews that start and finish on time. We do both interior and exterior painting for residential and commercial customers. We are a professional painting business delivering a top-notch service and our team takes a lot of pride in our work. And, we have fun doing it.

Requirements: You have a great attitude, are reliable, hardworking and have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to get to and from work. You are 18 years of age with previous professional painting experience.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise construction crew members in daily tasks
- Coordinate work schedules and assignments
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations
- Train new crew members on job duties and safety procedures
- Monitor project progress and report to management

Skills:

- Proficient in drywall installation and repair
- Experience in caulking, plastering, framing carpentry, welding, trim carpentry, and construction painting
- Ability to use hand tools effectively
- Strong attention to detail to maintain quality standards
