As an Experienced Residential and Commercial Painter at WOW 1 DAY PAINTING, you will play a crucial role in executing high-quality painting projects for our clients. From interior to exterior painting, you'll be responsible for ensuring that each job is completed efficiently, with attention to detail and customer satisfaction.

Duties:

• Execute painting projects according to project scope and timeline
• Provide hands-on painting as part of the project team
• Lead and train Level 1-3 Painters
• Ensure adherence to company standards and procedures
• Communicate effectively with clients and project managers
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Complete job site walkthroughs and address client feedback
• Assist with job site marketing initiatives
• Conduct proper equipment maintenance and care

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and customers
• Attention to detail and ability to follow project plans
• Must be able to perform all painting skills (cutting, brushing, rolling, taping/masking, etc.) at an expert level
• Valid driver's license and good driving record, with opportunity to drive company vehicles
• 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the US
• 1 years of painting experience preferred

This is a W2 position. No subcontractors will be considered.
