WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
As the Facilities Manager at Woven by Toyota, you'll lead our facility-related programs across our US/UK sites as needed. Your main responsibilities in the Bay Area include ensuring smooth operations, compliance code with standards, and enhancing facility performance. You'll also prioritize promoting a safety-centric culture and ensuring a positive employee experience from a customer-focused perspective, along with adherence to processes and team oriented. Acting as a bridge between facilities and regional stakeholders, you'll contribute to external reporting efforts and drive initiatives to improve facility management practices. Your dedication to excellence in facilities management will be crucial in maintaining Woven by Toyota's esteemed standards across its diverse facilities.
\nRESPONSIBILITIES
$119,500 - $195,500 a year
Your base salary is one part of your total compensation. At Woven by Toyota, we offer a base salary, a bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. The California pay scale for this full time position is $119,500 - $195,500. The total compensation offered to an employee will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and level.
