What you will be doing
As an Audit Manager in our growing Horsham office will:
Take ownership - You are responsible for audits of non-public construction, manufacturing,
real estate, and other entities. You will also oversee internal operating controls, processes
and practices.
Engage with our clients – You’ll proactively develop strong, trusting relationships with your
client groups as you plan, lead, and perform operational and financial audits. You’ll nurture
these relationships throughout the year.
Deliver service excellence – You’ll complete tasks timely and within budget and perform
detailed reviews of the team’s work to ensure the high-quality service we are known for.
Lead – You’ll support and coach your team members, delegate assignments appropriate to
their skill and experience levels, and share your expertise as you train team members.
Grow the business – You will develop new client contacts and marketing relationships often
by pursuing roles in professional, civic, or community organizations. You’ll identify
opportunities to cross-sell our services.
Develop – You will continue to develop your own skills through CPE courses at a national
level and develop others by leading internal training classes for more junior team members.
Who you are
You have achieved a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting and have worked 7 or
more years in public accounting.
You hold a CPA license.
You possess in-depth knowledge of ASC, GAAS, and GAAP guidelines and regulations
You know audit methodologies and techniques and use them with ease
You’ve shown leadership skills in engagement planning, internal control testing, substantive
testing, and reporting for financial statements for private companies in various industries
You’ve enjoyed leading a successful team in the engagement process by monitoring
budgets and deadlines for compliance with firm policies
