Job Title: Food and Beverage Manager
Location: Client Confidential
Salary: $52K-$86K/annually holiday pay, benefits and PTO
Summary:
Seeking a dynamic Food and Beverage Manager to oversee operations at our sport-themed full-service establishment. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing operations, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Senior Manager to plan, direct, and evaluate all operations and activities.
  • Lead recruitment, training, and performance management for all team members.
  • Develop and implement effective public relations programs to enhance community engagement.
  • Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and promptly address any issues or concerns.
  • Provide regular updates on marketing and advertising initiatives to the Senior Manager.
Qualifications:
  • Thorough understanding of restaurant and bar management principles.
  • Familiarity with sport entertainment management practices.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, safety laws, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and point of sale systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
  • Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field or a minimum of 5 years of experience in Hospitality Management or Food & Beverage Industry
  • Minimum of three years of experience in Hospitality Management or Food & Beverage Industry with Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts.
  • Supervisory experience managing customer service and kitchen operations.
  • Valid Florida Driver’s License and Certified Food Manager certification.
  • ServSafe and/or Food Handler credentials required.
Physical Demands:
  • Acceptable eyesight and hearing.
  • Ability to sit for long periods and operate office equipment.
Work Environment:
  • Work is performed both indoors and outdoors.
  • Frequent interaction with people.
  • Attendance at night and/or outdoor meetings may be required.
