That is why we are looking for THE BEST, experienced and motivated Marketing Manager to join our team.

The Marketing Representative is responsible for building and maintaining a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels. They will track and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, manage the marketing and ensure that all marketing is in line with the Worthouse brand identity.

Responsibilities:

• Create valuable and appealing content that attracts and converts our target groups
• Develop strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
• Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly
• Build brand awareness and positioning
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, market trends and competition analysis
• Recognize deficiencies in existing marketing campaigns and develop practical solutions within the budget
• Create reports on marketing and sales metrics
• Produces marketing materials for promotional campaigns (leaflets, samples, websites, and social media)
• Communicate with team about marketing initiatives and project metrics, as well as to brainstorm fresh strategies
• Develop a strong social media strategy using all relevant platforms to reach our target audience
• Maintain marketing materials inventory and distributes marketing material among Sales Representatives
• Attend tradeshows as needed
• Some travel may be required

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Marketing Associate, Marketing Assistant or similar role
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• 3-5 years of Graphic Design a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or a related field
• Roofing industry experience a plus but not required
• Demonstratable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
• Proficiency in online marketing, including social media, and content marketing
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
• Understanding of public relations
• Ability to quickly adapt to change
• Proficiency in working with metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
• Ability to travel throughout the region to build a market presence
• Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns
• Knowledge of digital tools and techniques
