**Overview:**

**Duties:**

- Assist the business leadership in daily operations and staff supervision

- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues

- Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are maintained

- Train and develop new hires on company policies and procedures

- Conduct interviews for potential new team members

- Support management in administrative tasks

- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed company goals

**Experience:**

The successful candidate should have experience or skills in the following areas:

- Customer service

- Hospitality (bar, restaurant, music operations)

- Training and development

- Interviewing skills

- Strong organizational abilities

- Administrative tasks

- Bar/restaurant management knowledge

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
