Summary:

Worley is seeking an experienced Manager of Engineering to join our team. As an integral part of the company, you will lead a team of engineers and collaborate with other departments to deliver successful projects.As Engineering Manager, you will have opportunities for growth within the company, including the ability to mentor and develop your team, as well as take on additional responsibilities in project management.Your key responsibilities will include managing project timelines and budgets, overseeing design reviews, and ensuring quality standards are met. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Responsibilities:

• As an Engineering Manager at Worley, you will oversee the Mechanical Engineering team and ensure that all projects meet quality standards and deadlines.
• You shall develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines, and monitor progress to ensure successful completion.
• We expect you to collaborate with internal teams and external clients to identify client needs and deliver effective solutions that exceed expectations.
• You will lead technical analysis and problem-solving efforts, providing guidance and support to your team as they troubleshoot issues.

Technical/Industry Experience and Qualifications Requirements:

Education - Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:

Required:

• You must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

Preferred:

• Experience in related field.
