Position Summary:
The Toolroom Coordinator must have the ability follow General Foreperson direction; be able to review and interpret
tool specifications; be familiar with jobsite safety plan; enforce safe practices; be familiar with work assigned and ensure
that all work meets or exceeds the standards; take responsibility and accountability for their work; motivate employees;
and support his/her immediate supervisor in any possible manner to effectively perform their duties.
Primary Responsibilities
 Under the direction of the General Foreperson, maintain system for tracking the movement and location of
small equipment, tools, and goods in a tool room.
 Maintain check in and check out procedures of tools to craft members. Coordinate cleaning, inspection, and, if
necessary, repair tag, or replace broken tools. Monitor shortages or lost tools.
 Work with warehouse receiving for any inbound deliveries of tools and consumables for the tool room.
 Additional responsibilities not listed may be required.
 Willing to work Night shift.
