Job Title: Credentialing Specialist/Lead Generation Assistant Company: WorldWide Medical Location: Gilbert, AZ (In-Office Role) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $16-$18 per hour Job Description: WorldWide Medical is currently seeking a highly detail-oriented and focused individual to join our team as a Credentialing Specialist/Lead Generation Assistant. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our credentialing process while also assisting with lead-generation activities. Key Responsibilities: Credentialing:
Verify and maintain accurate records of healthcare professionals' credentials.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Manage the credentialing process efficiently and proactively address any issues.
Lead Generation:
Assist in generating leads for our healthcare staffing services.
Research potential clients and contacts.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail with the ability to focus on the smallest details.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in data entry and record-keeping.
Knowledge of healthcare credentialing processes is a plus.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
