Worldwide Foam is searching for a top-notch Machine Operator to join our growing team. You'll be the mastermind behind our machinery, ensuring it runs at peak performance and produces top-quality products.

Here's what you'll do :
- Operate and maintain various warehouse equipment, configuring, loading, and optimizing them for maximum efficiency.
- Help in all aspects, such as material handling, forklift operations, and of course, machine operating.
- Inspect products meticulously to ensure they meet our rigorous standards.
- Perform routine maintenance, clean, lubricate, and troubleshoot any machinery hiccups.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and communicate clearly to keep production flowing seamlessly.
- Meet deadlines, even if it means putting in some extra effort (we compensate handsomely!).
SHIFT : 6 : 00am - 2 : 30pm CST
Pay : $21.00 per hour
What makes you the perfect fit?
- 2 years of experience operating machinery in a production setting (forklift experience a plus).
- A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to quality .
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Problem-solving prowess and the ability to think on your feet.
- High school diploma or GED and basic computer skills. (Bonus points for 3 years of production experience!)
- A strong work history showing longevity
