Job Responsibilities

• Drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data.
• Serve as thought leader for technical business processes, developing systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels.
• Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels.
• Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development.
• Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability.
• Drive productivity with the engineering team.
• Drive the team to deliver on features prioritized by the product owner.
• Conduct all agile ceremonies to facilitate productive output (sprint planning, retrospective, DSM, etc)
• Ensure sprints are properly scoped and estimated.
• Be responsible for making sure team delivers what its committed to in each sprint.
• Be responsible for individual and team performance measurement; measuring productivity and utilization over time including velocity, burndown, etc.
• Use Jira to its fullest to provide dashboarding, statusing, and reporting around these critical KPIs.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology.
• Excellent knowledge on Salesforce platform - Sales/Service/Marketing.
• Ability to prioritize effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work within a distributed team.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• A track record of following through on commitments.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.
• Working knowledge of product development architecture.
