In this role, you will be responsible for increasing market share by helping current and new customers succeed. You will increase revenue by developing market potential through lead generation, qualification, and closing sales. Responsibilities include building rapport with new and existing customers within your territory, evaluating their needs, and negotiating successful deals. The successful candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
  • Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your area
  • Meet or exceed designated sales targets
  • Create and implement an effective sales strategy
  • Cold calling and explaining product and service capabilities while overcoming objections, finding customer solutions, and opening new accounts
  • use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 3 years' of sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • B2B sales and Cold Calling Experience required
  • Coachable
  • Demonstrated Prospecting and Closing skills
  • A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
