About the Role:

• Client Coordination: Manage client requests and calls, guaranteeing timely responses and resolutions.
• Estimate and Manage Orders: Accurately handle cost estimations and order entries efficiently.
• Manage Purchase Orders and Purchasing: Ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Oversee Invoicing and Bookkeeping: Manage invoicing and support basic bookkeeping.
• Communication Expert: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Expected Outcomes:

• First 15 Days: Acclimate to our systems and workflows; start managing order entries and client communications.
• Within 30 Days: Fully manage the order process from estimation to invoicing; identify process improvements.
• By Day 45: Ensure seamless integration of order processes to boost operational efficiency and enhance client satisfaction.

Need to Have:

• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Efficient: Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Experienced: Background in the shop/sign industry preferred.
• Local: Based in the Denver metro area.

• Related Experience: Prior roles in similar settings.

• Print Shop Background: Ability to operate fabrication machines and workflow.

Schedule:

• Hours: 15-20 per week to start
• Days: Monday through Friday (night weekend availability a plus!)
• Model: Hybrid work environment
• Location: Based in Denver area with ability to occasionally commute to Parker, CO.

Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: $20-$27 per hour, based on experience.
