TITLE: SupplyChain CPFR Analyst – Retail Ops

ABOUT WorldLink:

CPFR = Collaborative Planning, Forecasting& Replenishment The CPFR Analyst conducts weekly meetings with customer toreview future forecasts based on expected level of service.You will work closely with the SalesTeams to review sales and order forecasts, review week-over-week forecastchanges, and acts as the point of contact between the Samsung Supply ChainTeam, the Sales Team, and the Customer.

• Sales Forecasting, Customer Processidentification and improvement, Root Cause analysis, Sales trend analysis.
• Activities that have a direct impact onboth sales revenue and profitability within the assigned account base.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers as well as with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance.
• Demand Forecasting.
• Forecast Accuracy Reporting.
• Help to insure orders are shipped in atimely manner to meet the customers requested delivery date.
• Conduct Root Cause analysis.
• Improvement Monthly Report Semi-annualpreparation and monthly analysis.
• Process Improvement, Sell ThroughAnalysis (Customer), Sales Forecast to Actual Sales Analysis.
• KPI (Baseline Improvement).
• Use of supply chain system for ordermanagement, reporting and forecasting.

Required Experience and Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred orequivalent work experience
• 3 years (preferred) of related professionalexperience in Supply Chain and/or Operations
• Forecasting or Demand Planning withinretail experience preferred.
• Experience in working directly withcustomers and maintaining positive relationships
• SAP Experience preferred

Necessary Skills andAttributes:

• Self-motivated individual with the ability tothrive in a team-based or independent environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.
• Limited supervision and the exercise ofdiscretion.
• Proficiency with Advanced Excel data managementfunctions including advanced formulas, pivot tables, vlookup’s, etc.
• Self-starter with strong focus on exceedingcustomer satisfaction goals

Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normallyperiodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectualchallenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. Mayrequire working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
