Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of IT Project Coordination/Project Management experience required
• Exposure to technology projects and project management
• Experience with SmartSheet
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or related field or equivalent experience
• Advanced Skills in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• MS Project experience is a plus
• Basicunderstanding of financial processes; ability to understand, analyze and create financial reports
• Understandingof project management industry standard framework and the development life cycle
• Ability to work independently and aggressively track project timelines
• Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail
• Abilityto effectivelycommunicate well with customers and co-workers(written, verbal, and presentation)
• Strong teambuildingskills

Responsibilities:

• Tracking and understandingdocumentation deliverables for multiple small projects
• Gather documentation from the customer
• Assist with or manage the oversight of all aspects of project life cycle to include initiation, planning, execution, controlling andclosing;taking project through final implementation
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal & external stakeholders
• Demonstrated skillwithMicrosoft Excel
• General understanding ofproject scope,andobjectives
• Basic understanding ofproject teamrolesand functionsto effectively assist in coordinating activities/tasks
• Follow best practices and ensure that requirements are met and documented
• Document project risks, assumptions, and constraints and aid in implementing approved actions and workarounds designed to mitigate project risk events
• Monitor status of all identified risksin order tominimize the impact of the risks on the project
• Financial management of project budgets to ensure all budgets, forecasts and costs are measured,trackedand reported for project success
• Useappropriate tools and techniquestoidentify and quantify variances
• Document measurement criteria for success with the help of Project Managers or other Leads
• Assist in managing changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
• Ensure that all issues are captured,resolved and that resolutions are documented and communicated
• Actively participateand/or leadprojectmeetings,andfollow up on action items.
• Provide input regularly for status reports includingprogramportfolio reviews
• Assume responsibility and coordination for a wide variety of project and/or program related tasks
