An integral role within the World Surf League (WSL) Communications team, the Communications Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Communications team in developing tactics and executing plans to maximize the reach and awareness of the WSL to the public across national and international competitions, campaigns, and brand initiatives. In this role, organization and attention to detail are key to ensuring efficiencies across the department, while innovative thinking is critical for driving new connections for the WSL. This role will report directly into the VP, Global Communications.
Based on business priorities and team priorities, while in a hybrid working environment, the successful candidate should be based in Los Angeles, California. This is a hybrid role and will include 3 days in our HQ office in El Segundo, Tuesday through Thursday.
