We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practioner/ Physician Assisstant to join our Primary Care team. As a NP/PA you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and promoting wellness. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care to patients of all ages.

```Duties```

- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

- Administer medications, including injections, and monitor patient responses

- Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results

- Monitor vital signs and provide acute pain management

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure effective case management

- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, treatment plans, and self-care techniques

- Assist with procedures and treatments in various settings, including acute care, critical care, and neonatal ventilator support

```Skills```

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- At least 2 year background in Primary Care

- Ability to perform joint injections and Trigger point Injections

- Proficiency in acute care practices and procedures

- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology

- Experience in administering injections and managing acute pain

- Ability to perform sonography and interpret diagnostic results

- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

- Effective communication skills to collaborate with healthcare professionals and educate patients
