Job Title : Records and Transcript Specialist
Reports to : Registrar
Location : Brattleboro, VT
Type : Part Time (20 hours / week), Benefited
General Description :
Reporting to the Registrar, the Records and Transcript Specialist provides high quality customer service and administrative support for the Registrar's Office.
The Records and Transcript Specialist ensures compliance with published SIT policies and procedures, as well as accuracy relating to all student academic records.
Additionally, the Records and Transcript Specialist will deliver professional customer service to all campus stakeholders, including but not limited to, students, faculty and staff and will execute all functions in compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
This position requires three-quarter time presence on-campus at least three days per week, and one-quarter time may be completed remotely.

Preferred Qualifications
Vaccination is strongly recommended for all employees in our U.S. offices except for those receiving medical or religious exemptions.
If boosters are subsequently recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) then employees and faculty will be recommended to receive the booster within thirty (30) days of their eligibility.
