Office Manager/Controller

Duties:

-all tasks associated with every aspect of the automobile business.

-CDK knowledge, title clerk knowledge, warranty claim knowledge

- Perform account analysis and financial management tasks to ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance
- Prepare and maintain financial forecasts to assist in budgeting and planning processes
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, and Xero to manage financial transactions and generate reports
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and organizing meetings
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Assist with HR functions such as employee onboarding, payroll processing, and benefits administration
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency

Requirements:

- Proven experience in financial management, account analysis, and reconciliation
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
