Merchandise Sales Representative Intern

Perfect Game USA, the leading provider of amateur baseball events, is actively seeking enthusiastic individuals for the role of Merchandise Sales Representative Intern. We have internship opportunities available for the Spring, Summer, and Fall seasons of 2024.
As a Merchandise Sales Representative Intern, you will be at the forefront of enhancing the overall experience at Perfect Game USA's amateur baseball events. Your role is pivotal in leading and facilitating event activations, ensuring excellent customer interactions, and achieving sales goals during tournaments. Contribute to the success of our events by playing a crucial role in boosting merchandise sales!
Job Duties:

• Lead and facilitate event activations.
• Provide excellent customer interaction and service.
• Attain sales goals during tournaments.
• Manage inventory and supply chain.
• Request product shipments to your area when in need of replenishment or new items.
• Facilitate transactions utilizing Square

Preferred Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of retail and merchandise fundamentals.
• Previous experience in merchandise retail is a plus.
• Customer service experience is highly valued.
• Demonstrated organizational and inventory management skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in the merchandise industry.

Compensation:
This is a paid internship with a rate of $120 Per Day.
Interview Process:
The first step in the interview process involves a behavioral screening session. Candidates will be asked to record themselves providing responses to specific questions selected by the hiring team.
