Research and recommend travel options that optimize cost, convenience, and efficiency. Manage travel-related documentation, including visas, passports, and insurance, ensuring all necessary paperwork is complete and accurate.

Communicate travel itineraries and updates to employees, providing necessary information and assistance before, during, and after their trips.

Collaborate with various departments to understand travel needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized and seamless travel experience for employees.

Monitor and track travel expenses, reconcile invoices, and process reimbursements in a timely manner. Stay informed about travel industry trends, regulations, and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to improve our travel processes and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS : Must be 18 and coachable Attend an Orientation online. Attend webinar training for increased knowledge. Computer or smartphone required w / access to WIFI.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision. Communicate travel itineraries and updates to employees, providing necessary information and assistance before, during, and after their trips.
