The World Equestrian Center, located in Ocala Florida is seeking an experienced Hotel Director of Food and Beverage to join our team. The Hotel Food & Beverage Director is responsible for the Food & Beverage operations of the Hotel, with a focus on maximum guest satisfaction while ensuring budgeted levels of profitability. This includes our flagship restaurant; Stirrups, a southern inspired steakhouse. This position also oversees Yellow Pony, a globally inspired pub and garden as well as In Room Dining and Emma’s Patisserie. Emma’s focuses on house made French pastries and grab and go items.
