Responsibilities:

• Oversee service orders and flow of the driver lane. Must ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Provide support for all vehicle owner inquiries by incoming calls and in-person walk-in's. This insures that the customer does not get mishandled. This will allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customers.
• Ensure the daily inventory of technician's time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards.

• Able to work with little supervision.
• Clean driving record and valid drivers license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
