World Car Auto Group is seeking dedicated individuals to join our elite Emissary Program team which is a white glove approach at customer service management. As an Emissary, you will serve as a trusted ambassador/concierge to our valued customers, providing personalized service and fostering long-term relationships. Job Duties:

• Greet customers entering the Service Department with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct personalized phone calls to customers to inquire about their vehicle satisfaction and ownership experience.
• Provide proactive assistance and support, including scheduling service appointments, offering maintenance tips, and discussing upgrade opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and generate referrals.
• Collaborate with the World Car Sales & Service team(s) to ensure your customer needs are met.
• Work hand in hand with the Owner Loyalty & JD Powers team to ensure Customer Satisfaction Scores are reviewed and necessary actions are taken to resolve customer feedback.

Requirements:

• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent phone/call handling skills.
• Suggested minimum of 1 year of experience in phone sales or customer service experience .
• Effective communication abilities with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Quick learning aptitude to acquire and apply new skills.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed (OFF Every Sunday!!).
• Proficient Computer skills (CRM, Google Docs, Sheets, Email)

Availability: Monday - Saturday 8:00am to 7:00pm (schedule may vary based on business needs)
