The Human Resources (HR) Department provides strategic partnership to the business to develop and implement workforce strategies. The IFC HR department includes three Centers of Expertise (COEs) - Strategy & Organizational Effectiveness, Global Talent Acquisition & Mobility, and Talent & Incentives – and two Client Services teams providing support to HQ and regions.
The HR Strategy and Organizational Effectiveness unit is offering an Extended Term (ET) Consultant to be based in Washington, DC.
We are seeking a Program Analyst to be part of the dynamic HR Strategy and Organizational Effectiveness team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, the ability to quickly grasp new concepts, and a proactive approach to solve problems with minimal supervision. In this role, it is essential to have a solid knowledge of the Office 365 suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, etc.) and a keen awareness of HR trends and digital technologies.
As the Program Analyst, you will provide operational and administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the team, managing a wide range of information and requests. This role requires a high level of judgment and attention to detail with ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines. In a fast-paced and fluid environment, you must be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
The staff member will report directly to the HR Manager of Strategy and Organizational Effectiveness unit (CHRSE). Below is a summary of the expected duties and accountabilities:
