Opportunity

As the Healthcare Partnerships Success Associate, you play a pivotal role in developing the innovator network and ensuring the smooth operation of Innovation Roundtable engagements within our Healthcare practice. You will build relationships with innovators, support the design and execution of member and innovator gatherings, facilitate team coordination – from the start to the end of the innovator journey.
Ultimately, this team and individual significantly contributes to the growth and success of Innovation Roundtable through external partnerships with innovators, VCs and the broader innovation marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target innovator companies and contacts that are relevant and forward-looking for members within Innovation Roundtable executive groups. This includes extensive industry research, profiling tools, and assessment of member priorities, considering factors such as competitive landscape, company size, reputation, global presence, and technological capability.
  • Oversees the end-to-end delivery of innovator presentations, sponsored content, and materials supporting the Partnerships Success team in Roundtables, member and innovator engagements
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to create and update new business and person accounts
  • Collaborate with Partnerships Success Managers to conduct thorough preparation for prospect calls including company background, industry trends and a comprehensive understanding of the prospect’s needs and objectives.
  • Contribute to projects aimed at expanding Innovation Roundtables market presence, driving revenue growth, and identifying new opportunities, while ensuring alignment with the organization's overall growth strategy.
  • Ensures that all material business requirements are current, have been reviewed and are accurately satisfied for the program
  • Engage innovators during the curation and core process timeline, offering exceptional and timely support in written, verbal and in-person communication

Requirements/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets and goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools is a plus.
  • Adept at using email and phone outreach for lead generation.
  • Proficiency in Excel, G-Suite, Salesforce (and Gantt a plus)
