Minimum Requirements:
- At least three (3) years construction experience
- Computer skills to learn and use estimating software
- Valid Driver's License with mileage reimbursement

Preferred (Not Required):
- Estimating experience
- Remodeling experience
- Blueprint reading

- Receive leads from owner; will receive a higher commission on leads you find
- Lead and work sites from Hillsboro to Corvallis
- Employer can provide a laptop if necessary
- Must possess a phone, employer will assign a company number through virtual software

Schedule:
- Typical schedule Monday through Friday
- Employer is flexible you can set your own schedule; office work can be remote

Job Duties:
- Travel to client's property to conduct site estimating
- Take measurements, videos/photos
- Meet with clients to discuss projects
- Office work can be conducted remotely to put together estimates and follow up on existing estimates
- Hand off with project management team
- Other duties as assigned

Wage:
Hourly and commission: $25 per hour commission on signed contracts.
OTE (On Target Expectation) $78,000 annually
