Job SummaryWorkSourceis currently hiring for property owned and managed by an almost 200-year-old international charitable organization. We are looking for a Maintenance Technician who can join a team that maintains the property and grounds of a 200-unit apartment complex in the Grandview area.
Shift/Pay: M-F 8am-5pm $16 an hour.
Job Functions / Responsibilites
- Manage routine and preventative maintenanceschedules
- Complete maintenance requests reported from tenants, prioritizingappropriately
- Responsible for maintenance schedules, work orders, apartment turnovers, grounds keeping andmore
- Prefer 5years experiencein construction and/or property management.
- Knowledge and proficiency in building related skills and trades
- Ability to work irregular and extended hours whenrequired
- Must pass all applicable backgroundchecks
- Accountability with GraceHungry-Do the Right Thing-Servant Leadership-Solve Problems
