JOB REQUIREMENTS
' Desire to help others

' Willingness to work with clients in the East Portland/Happy Valley area
' Flexibility with respect to hours of work and changing conditions (part or full-time available)

PREFERENCES
' Strong communication skills with people with different communication styles and abilities
' Prior experience preparing written reports via computer or smartphone

JOB DUTIES
' Work one-on-one with clients to meet their daily needs and achieve their goals. Including but not limited to grocery shopping, light household cleaning/organization, meal preparation and planning, assisting with accessing the community and appointments
' Providing transportation for clients to get out into the community
' Encourage community involvement and discovering hobbies whether in the community or through our group activity program
' Model appropriate social interactions and break down information
' Provide accurate and support centered case management notes

PAY
' Hourly rate starting at $20.00/hour
