Are you a seasoned construction professional looking for a leadership role? Employer is seeking a skilled Construction Crew Lead to oversee our construction and maintenance projects. REQUIREMENTS:

-Minimum 5 years of experience in construction leadership roles
-Ability to effectively manage and lead a crew of 8-10 laborers
-Successful completion of background and drug screenings
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety
-Willingness to obtain OSHA 30 certification within 30 days of hire (employer will cover the cost of required training and provide time for completion)
-Valid Oregon driver's license, for traveling to locations.

DUTIES:

-Execute a wide variety of construction and maintenance projects under the direction of the Facilities Manager.
-Schedule and supervise a crew of 8-10 laborers, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
-Work in compliance with OSHA, DEQ, and other relevant safety and professional guidelines.
-Adapt to working in various conditions, including outdoor environments in inclement weather and upscale private residences.
-Projects may include siding, roofing, painting, interior remodels, drywall installation, and hardscaping.

HOURS:

- Primarily a Monday to Friday position,
- Totaling 40 hours per week.
