Our clients are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented cleaners.
As a cleaner, you will be responsible for resetting rental apartments after occupants move out. Your job duties focus on cleaning and sanitizing apartment units so that they are ready for a new tenant to move in.
Duties:
- Perform industrial and commercial cleaning tasks according to established standards
- Clean and maintain designated areas
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste materials properly
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Adhere to safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
Skills:
- Previous experience in residential and commercial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
