Workman Injury Law, PLLC is Hiring a Personal Injury Case Manager Near Fort Lauderdale, FL

Job Overview:

Growing Personal Injury Law firm is seeking an experienced and dedicated Case Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years experience managing personal injury cases. This role is for someone looking to step into a managerial role by managing and overseeing other case managers/assistants in the firm. Will be responsible for managing assigned caseload of clients, providing support to attorneys, and managing other case managers/assistants within the firm.

Duties:

- Client intake

- Managing case files from start to finish

- Investigating files, gathering body cam footage, 911 calls, witness statements, etc

- Constant Client communication and ensuring all clients problems/concerns are handled

- Communicate with adjusters to ensure all proper documentation is up to date and in clients file (pd photos, estimates, pip logs, insurance policies, etc)

- Assisting clients with property damage / rental

- Preparing demand packages for attorneys review

- Oversee and handle questions/issue with the other case managers/assistants for their assigned files

Experience:

- Two years experience as Florida personal injury case manager
