Working Fields is Hiring a Shuttle Driver - Part Time Near Saint Albans, WV
Details:
You'll work with us to create a route, then drive our van to bring workers to and from their jobs in the mornings and afternoons.
Must be willing to do a split shift, morning drop off and late evening pick up (Typically between 3-5pm). Guaranteed 20hrs per week to start, with the hope of building up to a full route with more hours.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a professional, safe and positive atmosphere on the van.
- Coordinate rides and bring workers to and from their workplace.
- Confirm that all passengers are present; recording attendance and no-shows.
- Check that passengers disembark at the correct destinations, and in a timely manner.
- Ensure that the van is fueled, well-maintained, and presentable at all times.
- Ability to communicate effectively and set clear boundaries.
- Great improvisational skills.
- Ability to problem solve and maintain a positive attitude.
- Working knowledge of pertinent car maintenance and ability to drive in a variety of weather conditions.
- General computer skills
- Ability to build and maintain accurate logs.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Have a clean driving record for the past 5 years.
- Be 25 years of age or older.
