Pro Bono Marketing & Creative Services

Because we respect the time that it takes to put together a thorough proposal, we would like to
narrow our selection to only 3 potential agencies. Therefore, we want to get a minimum amount
of information initially and reach back out to the agencies we feel are a best fit based on an
initial round of responses.

Background:
We are looking for a partner that believes in our mission and can help us in a critical time in our
growth. We have several needs related to branding, audience development, messaging, design,
and marketing strategy that we would like to partner with an agency to help us develop.

At the current time, our needs include the following, though we do not anticipate being able to
receive all of these services as pro bono offerings:

• Audience and Persona Development to assist with a long-term marketing strategy

• Branding and Creative (messaging and design) for an awareness campaign

• Content Strategy for social media and other Digital Marketing

• Analytics and Reporting dashboard setup

• Design and template creation for print and digital collateral and advertisements

• Photography and videography to support the creation of promotional videos

Agencies whose capabilities include some or all of these are welcome to apply.

Additionally, we want to support the success of our pro bono partner by giving you the
opportunity to create award-winning work and use your creativity to build a partnership that we
can grow together. We are also interested in providing a space on our Marketing Advisory Board
to a member of the chosen agency team, which will provide networking opportunities and further
involvement in the future of the organization.
