Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)- $20 - $25*/hour *[Depending Location AND Experience]

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)- $35 - $40*/hour *[Depending Location AND Experience]

Registered Nurse (RN)- $50 - $60*/hour *[Depending Location AND Experience]

· Immediate hire (Start Within April 2024)

· No experience necessary- new graduates are welcome!

Documents Required for all Facilities:

• COVID-19 Vaccination card/proof of first dose
• Current ACTIVE NYS license (CNA, LPN or RN)
• Updated Resume
• CPR Certification (if applicable)
• Two Professional Reference Letters
• Driver’s license or government-issued picture ID (work authorization if applicable)
• Social Security Card
• An up-to-date physical (within the last year) that must indicate: PPD within the last year or chest x-ray if positive PPD within last 2 years and Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella titers
