Pay Rates:

$22 - $24 per hour

Shifts: 7-3, 3 -11 and 11 -7

Requirements

• NYS CNA License and Registration
• Social Security Card
• Government Photo ID
• HS Diploma or GED
• Updated Physical with titers
• BLS Certification
• Proof of Vaccination Card
