Title : Shipping Coordinator

Job Purpose : To set the tone for the team and the drivers and to provide direction to team members per managements instructions.

Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities :

Pay Rate : $18.00-$20.00 / hr

Job Duties :

• Coordinating the delivery and shipment logistics, including scheduling and arranging transportation.
• Assisting in tracking the arrival status of shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Acting as a liaison between our fulfillment centers, valued customers, and trusted vendors to facilitate seamless communication and resolve any logistical issues that may arise.
• Ensuring customers receive shipments accurately and on time, while providing exceptional service.
• Following established processes and procedures to maintain consistency and quality in our operations.
• Proactively developing and implementing innovative strategies to optimize productivity and efficiency within the logistics process.
• Conducting email correspondence in a professional and timely manner to address inquiries and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Documenting all logistics activities with accountability to various departments, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance.
• Performing data entry tasks with efficiency and precision to maintain numerical accuracy in our systems.
• Creating and maintaining a robust "Checks and Balance" system to cross-match records and ensure the integrity of our logistics data.
