Patient Access Representative-- REMOTE POSITION--MUST RESIDE IN TN

Established medical practice is growing their administrative team. Candidates must be committed to ensuring a pleasant patient experience, and providing quality support to physicians.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Inbound and outbound calls
Scheduling appointments, check new patient paperwork, and sending zoom links for telehealth visits
Enter new patient demographics into EMR
Checking faxes, uploading documents into chart or sending to provider
Manage and respond to email in a timely manner
Accept payments
Process medical records requests
Attend to assigned physician's needs
Attend staff meetings and trainings

REQUIREMENTS:

Must reside in TN
Dedicated home work space free from distractions and outside noises
Must have a functional computer and high speed internet
High School Diploma/GED
Data entry experience
Customer service background with good phone skills--medical office experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Emphasis on prioritizing tasks, accuracy, organization, and time management
Computer literacy including: apps, software, VOIP

SCHEDULE:

Mon-Fri, 10:30amCST-7:00pmCST

30 min lunch break

PAY AND BENEFITS:

$18/hour

Paid time off
