Position Summary :

We are seeking anexperienced High Reach Stand Up Forklift Operator for our freezerwarehouse. This essential role involves safely operating high reachforklifts within a cold storage environment to efficiently manageour inventory of raw materials finished products and packagingmaterials.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understandingof safety guidelines excellent material handling skills and theresilience to work in cold conditions.

KeyResponsibilities :

• Operate high reach stand upforklifts safely in the freezer environment adhering to all companyand OSHA safety regulations.
• Load and unloadmaterials ensuring the integrity of goods while optimizing spaceusage within storage areas.
• Accurately pickpack and stage orders for delivery meeting company standards andcustomer expectations.
• Perform routineinspections of forklift equipment promptly reporting any issues tomaintain optimal operational conditions.
• Maintain a clean organized and efficient workspaceincluding the freezer to uphold safety and productivitystandards.
• Collaborate with warehousepersonnel and management to ensure timely fulfillment of orders andadherence to production schedules.
• Manageinventory movements meticulously maintaining detailed records foraccuracy and accountability.
• Engage incontinuous learning and development to refine forklift operationskills and stay abreast of best practices in warehousemanagement.

Qualifications and Skills :

• High school diploma or GEDequivalent.
• Certified Forklift Operator withproven experience in high reach stand up forklifts preferably infreezer or cold storage settings.
• Extensiveknowledge of health and safety practices related to industrialfreezer operations.
• Ability to withstand coldtemperatures for extended periods and manage temperaturevariations.
• Demonstrated attention to detailfor precise material handling and inventory tracking.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities forseamless collaboration with colleagues.
• Strongcommitment to ongoing professional growth in forklift operationsand warehouse management.

• Schedule : 1st shiftMonday Friday.
• PayRate : Negotiable commensurate withexperience.
• Location : TamaquaPlease note this role requires onsite presence.
