Workforce Enterprises WFE, Inc. is Hiring a Warehouse Lead Near Cypress, CA
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced TSA Lead to oversee security operations at our facility to supervise a team of 3-6 people, this person must be very punctual, pay attention to detail , have great communication skills and learn our screening ad manage daily duties with our employees.
This position includes working Saturdays and this person would work as early as 5 AM but could fluctuate start time to 6 AM .
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate a group of up to 5 people
- Conduct security screenings and monitor surveillance equipment
- Implement and enforce safety procedures and regulations
-Prep shipments for next- meet deadlines
-Screen cargo, weighting cargo, loading the container, must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
-Some computer skills
Hiring Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- U.S. citizenship.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certificate.
- Pre-employment drug screening and post-hire random drug testing.
- Background investigation.
Experience:
- TSA experience is a plus
- TSA
- Strong conflict management skills
- Knowledge of loss prevention strategies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Warehouse experience: 2 years (Preferred)
