The Operations Manager at Conway Cycle Shop is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the motorcycle, ATV and SxS repair business.
Duties:
- Managing repair and maintenance services
- Serving as a repair lead technician
- Coordinating with suppliers for parts and equipment, ensuring efficient workflow
- Maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Strong background in motorcycle and/or ATV repair and maintenance.
- Industry certification(s).
- Experience in leadership, team management and development.
- Deep understanding of the powersports services, particularly ATV and/or motorcycles.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in computers.
- Self-directed and self-motivated.
- High-craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- High level of integrity.
- Resourceful and dependable.
