Job Description:

As a Senior Salesforce Developer with 10 years of experience, you will play a pivotal role in the technical leadership and development of cutting-edge Salesforce solutions that drive our organization's success. Leveraging your extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of Salesforce technologies, you will mentor a team of developers, collaborating closely with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into innovative technical designs and work hand in hand with the technical lead and architect.

Responsibilities:

• Providing technical guidance and support to other Salesforce developers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into innovative technical designs.
• Design and develop complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, and related technologies.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Configure and implement Salesforce applications, including workflows, approval processes, and custom objects.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring optimal system performance and data integrity.
• Stay informed about the latest Salesforce features and releases, evaluating their potential impact on systems.
• Provide technical insight and expertise in Salesforce development methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Analyze intricate business requirements and propose scalable solutions, demonstrating advanced problem-solving skills.
• Foster strong working relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, as well as collaboration with junior developers and close interaction with lead developers.
• Share insights on Salesforce coding best practices to support application scalability and performance.
• Be familiar with DevOps practices within the development lifecycle to ensure streamlined deployment, continuous integration, and efficient release management.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to pass a background screening and obtain and maintain Public Trust.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 8 years of experience with Salesforce, with a proven track record in implementing Sales and Service Cloud projects.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (PD2) preferred; Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1) required.
• Extensive technical experience integrating Salesforce with Integrations, APIs, and some Middleware
• Proficiency in Salesforce user experience layer design using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Aura, and JavaScript.
• Strong client-facing experience, leading technical design work with business and IT stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 10% based on project and client needs.
• Proven experience optimizing system performance, troubleshooting challenges, and integrating systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and collaborate effectively.
• Familiarity with agile development, contributing to sprint planning, retrospectives, and iterations.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
