• Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in troubleshooting electromechanical systems.
• Familiarity with a range of manufacturing equipment such as stamping presses, robotic welders, CNC lasers, and die casting machines.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to equipment emergencies as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
