Responsibilities for the HVAC Service Technician:

Requirements for the HVAC Service Technician:

• Experience Matters: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC systems, with sales experience highly preferred.
• Certifications: Possess valid EPA certification, with OSHA or NATE certifications considered a plus.
• Technology: Service Titan experience preferred.

• Team Player: Ability to work in various settings and participate in on-call rotations with a positive attitude.
• Physical Stamina: Physically capable of lifting to 50 pounds and working in challenging environments.
