Responsibilities for the Fire Alarm Non-Compliance Coordinator:
Analyze inspection reports and non-compliance documentation thoroughly to grasp the nature of deficiencies.
Prepare quotations for appropriate repairs, replacements, or upgrades essential for ensuring proper fire protection.
Engage with customers to comprehensively elucidate the repair quotation and justify the necessity to bring their fire system up to code compliance, securing written approval for repair completion.
Ensure timely reporting and quoting of all non-compliances to customers, minimizing liability exposure for the company and informing customers of associated life safety risks.
Qualifications Fire Alarm Non-Compliance Coordinator:
Previous experience in a commercial services company is advantageous, though not mandatory.
Proficiency in understanding the design and functionality of Restaurant Kitchen Fire Suppression systems.
Bachelor's degree in business or marketing is preferred but is not mandatory.
