Responsibilities for the Member Concierge Representative :
- Handle all incoming calls from current members, including scheduling inspections and dispatching our sales team as needed.
- Assist with inspection calls and schedule jobs generated by our sales team.
- Maintain regular contact with valued long-term customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Run weekly reports generated by Service Titan to track key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications for the Member Concierge Representative :
- Previous experience in a customer service or concierge role, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in computer systems and phone systems; experience with Service Titan is a plus.
- Must be a natural leader with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- Must be available to work Monday to Friday, with flexible hours as needed to accommodate customer needs.
